▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Batch preparation of oily perforated graphene conductive agent involves (1) mixing expanded graphite and potassium hydroxide powder in a ratio of 1:3, and sending the blended expanded graphite into an activation furnace for initial treatment of activation reaction, (2) introducing carbon dioxide gas into air at an air intake rate of 3-5 L/minute for activation reaction and reprocessing, and obtaining a powder after a constant temperature of 1000degrees Celsius for 4-5 hours, (3) adding N-methylpyrrolidone and the obtained powder into the reactor, introducing nitrogen gas into air at an air intake rate of 1-2 L/hour, and stirring and dispersing simultaneously at a stirring speed of 90-110 rpm and a dispersing rotation speed of 1100-1200 rpm to obtain a dispersed material, (4) redispersing the dispersed material by shearing and peeling to obtain a redispersed material, (5) fully peeling off the redispersed material, and (6) repeating the steps (4) and (5) 4-6 times. USE - Batch preparation method of oily perforated graphene conductive agent for lithium ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The method can prepare oil punching graphene conductive agent with uniform holes in batch.
