NOVELTY - A graphene micro sheet masterbatch comprises 50-60 pts. wt. expanded graphite powder, 40-50 pts. wt. asphalt emulsion, 10-25 pts. wt. plasticizer, 2-4 pts. wt. dispersant and 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. stabilizer. The asphalt emulsion is prepared by taking 10:3-5:0.5-1 mass ratio of isopropanol, asphalt and imidazoline, and grinding and dispersing. The asphalt is coal asphalt, petroleum asphalt, natural asphalt, residual oil asphalt, plant asphalt, synthetic asphalt or intermediate-phase asphalt. The plasticizer is coumarone indene resin, chlorcosane, rosin or paraffin. USE - Graphene micro sheet masterbatch. ADVANTAGE - The product has good dispersibility and connectivity with high elasticity, high intensity, high track resistance and low temperature cracking. The graphene micro sheet master batch is prepared by taking expanded graphite powder and asphalt emulsion, mixing at temperature 60-80 degrees C, shearing, adding acid alkali regulator, controlling to pH value at 4-5, vacuuming at 100-120 degrees C, adding dispersant, milling, adding plasticizer and stabilizer, plasticizing, extruding, granulating, and liquid nitrogen quenching.
