NOVELTY - Ceramic heating plate comprises 40-50 pts. wt. 700-800 mu m aluminum oxide, 15-20 pts. wt. 500-600 mu m silicon dioxide, 20-25 pts. wt. 300-400 mu m calcium carbonate, 3-8 pts. wt. 100-200 mu m zirconium dioxide, 4-7 pts. wt. 30-50 mu m silicon nitride, 1-3 pts. wt. 800-1200 nm yttrium oxide, 1-5 pts. wt. 300-500 nm aluminum boride, and 1-3 pts. wt. 80-150 nm pretreated graphene. Pretreatment of graphene comprises mixing 6-9 wt.% hydroxyethyl hexahydrotetriazine, 1-2 wt.% acetone and graphene, ultrasonic dispersing for 40-60 minutes, and drying. USE - Ceramic heating plate. ADVANTAGE - The plate is thermal shock-resistant. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation of ceramic heating plate comprising taking raw materials, adding anhydrous ethanol and isobutyltriethoxysilane-treated graphene, grinding for 2-3 hours, mixing, spray granulating, isostatic pressing, sintering at 1450-1480 degrees C for 60-80 minutes, cooling, standing for 30-40 minutes, tempering at 580-650 degrees C for 30-40 minutes, and cooling.
