NOVELTY - The piezoelectric element (100) has an elastic non-conductor element (120) that is arranged at upper side of a plate-shaped graphene layer (110). Another plate-shaped graphene layer (130) is arranged on upper side of the non-conductor element. The conductor elements are respectively connected to plate-shaped graphene layer. USE - Piezoelectric element. ADVANTAGE - The thin film type piezoelectric element is formed using graphene layers such that the electrical output can be increased.
