NOVELTY - Graphene-containing UV radiation coating comprises 30-70 wt.% UV-radiation curing resin and monomer, 30-70 wt.% mixed solvent, 0.1-5 wt.% photoinitiator, 0.1-5 wt.% auxiliary agent, 1-30 wt.% heat conducting filler and 0.1-5 wt.% modified graphene or graphene oxide. USE - Graphene-containing UV radiation coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating improves strength of coating layer, avoids agglomeration of graphene, and provides excellent thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene-containing UV radiation coating comprising adding UV radiation curable resin and monomer; stirring for 10-30 minutes, and dissolving resin and monomer; adding initiator, and other auxiliary agent; stirring at 300-900 revolutions/minute (rpm) for 10-30 minutes, and dispersing; stirring at 50-300 rpm, adding thermal conducting filler, immersing in solution, stirring at 600-1500 rpm for 10-30 minutes, and dispersing heat conductive filler; stirring at 50-300 rpm, adding modified graphene or graphene oxide, immersing in solution, stirring at 600-1500 rpm for 10-30 minutes, and dispersing graphene; ultrasonic dispersing for 1-6 hours; and packaging in container.
