NOVELTY - Processing technology of olefin-carbon composites, which involves: i. cutting the polyimide polymer film according to the set length and width; ii. carrying out carbonization and sintering treatment; iii. transferring to graphitization furnace for graphitization treatment; iv. stacking the graphitized material in layers; v. coating powdered metal on the surface of the graphitized material, and uniform distribution of the powdered metal on the surface through electrostatic adsorption; vi. under the protection of inert gas, heat to 400-600 degrees celsius, heat treatment for 1-2 hours; vii. determining the number of layers according to different hardness requirements; viii. pressing powdered metal is attached to the surface of the metal layer together with the lower surface of another layer of graphene, when pressing, the temperature is controlled at 400-600 degrees celsius, and hot-pressed for 1-2 hours.
