NOVELTY - The surface plasma resonance tunable biosensor comprises a prism that is set up with a hyperbolic dispersion structure, while sensing the substrate arranged sequentially from top to bottom. The surface of the hyperbolic dispersion structure is provided with a prism, in order to excite the surface plasma resonance. USE - Surface plasma resonance tunable biosensor for a hyperbolic dispersion structure used in research of biomedicine field. Can also be used in optical waveguide, negative refractive index and biosensor. ADVANTAGE - The biological sensor can be used for producing the graphene, temperature and the incident wavelength, so as to further adjust the dispersion type of the hyperbolic dispersion structure. The biosensor can be tuned more, the operation is simple and the sensitivity is improved.
