NOVELTY - Economical and practical acrylic graphene bottom surface integrated coating comprises 100 pts. wt. acrylic resin, 50-100 pts. wt. curing agent, 0.1-1 pts. wt. modified graphene oxide and 0.2-2 pts. wt. nano alumina, where the graphene oxide is modified into graphene oxide by melamine, and then adding to mixed solution of surfactant and acrylic resin solvent, and then modifying by nano-alumina into graphene oxide suspension, and prepared with acrylic resin, graphene oxide and melamine are of equal quality, acrylic solvent and surfactant are suitable amounts. USE - The economical and practical acrylic acid graphene bottom surface-integrated coating is useful for prolonging service life of bad working condition e.g. seawater corrosion. ADVANTAGE - The coating has good corrosion resistance and weather resistance, prolonging service life of bad working condition; and is economical and practical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing economical and practical acrylic acid graphene bottom surface-integrated coating comprising (1) adding ultrafine graphite to excess concentrated sulfuric acid and excess concentrated phosphoric acid solution, and adding excess potassium permanganate under ice bath conditions, (2) reacting in a constant temperature water bath at 56-62℃ until the mixture is completely reacted, (3) cooling reaction product, adding ice water to dilute, adding hydrogen peroxide dropwise until reaction product turns golden yellow, (4) centrifuging reaction product, and washing reaction product obtained by centrifugation for multiple times until it is neutral, and (5) freeze-drying obtained neutral reaction product to obtain graphene oxide.
