▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The diaphragm (300) has a matrix structure (310) that comprises a first material and comprises through holes or non-through holes. A graphene layer (320) is positioned in a portion of the through holes or the non-through holes and coupled to the structure. A binder (330) combines the structure and the graphene layer and is provided with a second material. A coating layer is formed on one surface of the structure and protects the diaphragm. The diaphragm is graphene, cellulose, nacre, bone, dention, polyacrylic acid (PAA), polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon (PAH), glutaraldehyde (GA), borate, polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), and PCDO. USE - Diaphragm of sound generating device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The reproduction band of a low or high sound is expanded. The flat frequency response characteristic is improved. The excellent moldability as ductility is improved. The diaphragm has desired characteristic depending on material or substance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for manufacturing a sound generating device.
