▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing intelligent self-repairing interface surface material, comprises (i) adding metal or oxide as raw material according to proportion, grinding under the action of ball milling to obtain modifier, (ii) rinsing the suspended particles using air flotation device of ozone microbubble reactor, and carrying out microbubble oxidative flotation to remove the suspended particles in aqueous solution, (iii) precipitating, filtering, and drying to obtain composite nano-modifier, loading the composite nano-modifier on the base surface of membrane by spraying and chemical dipping, and (iv) performing immobilization treatment, adjusting the distribution of hydrophilic and hydrophobic groups on the surface to obtain intelligent self-repairing interface surface material with pressure-induced free radicals to clean organic fouling. USE - The method is useful for preparing intelligent self-repairing interface surface material. ADVANTAGE - The method: is simple; realizes the preparation of material in one step; has low cost; is environmental friendly and no other pollutants e.g. waste water and waste generated in the preparation process.
