NOVELTY - Preparing graphene heat-conducting film with graphene involves shearing and dispersing graphene filter cake and soluble polyimide high-speed shearing in solvent to obtain uniform composite slurry with high viscosity, homogenizing uniform complex slurry at high pressure for many times, performing vacuum defoaming treatment on the uniform compound slurry to obtain a de-foamed composite slurant with low viscosities, coating the de-foamed composite film on the substrate by blade coating to obtain wet film, drying the wet film and peeling and rolling to obtain composite film, performing high-temperature annealing thermal reduction on the composite film under the argon atmosphere to obtain the composite foam film, and performing hot-pressing treatment to the composite foamed film to obtain an composite heat conducting film. USE - The method is useful for preparing composite heat-conducting film of graphene/soluble polyimide, which is useful in high power microprocessor. ADVANTAGE - The method: enables to prepare composite heat-conducting film of graphene/soluble polyimide that has improved surface of the composite heat conducting film and external heat conductivity. The method forms uniform composite slurry by high-speed shearing the oxidation graphene and soluble polyimide, which avoids the problem that the simple co-mixed graphene oxide and artificial graphite powder cause the problem of the dispersion uniformity of the artificial Graphite powder in the oxidation germanium powder not controllable. The solid content of the slurry is effectively improved, reduces the evaporation rate of the graphene oxide, and improves the surface roughness of the film.
