▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Sodium-sulfur battery comprises a positive electrode sheet, negative electrode sheet, separator, and electrolyte, where the positive electrode sheet includes a positive electrode active material, binder, conductive agent, and current collector. The positive active material includes elemental sulfur and a matrix framework material. The negative electrode sheet contains sodium metal. The electrolyte contains aluminum halide, component A, sodium salt and additives, where component A is selected from 1-ethyl-3 methylimidazole chloride (EMIC), 1-ethyl-3 methylimidazole bromide, acetamide, urea or triethylamine hydrochloride, or two or more mixed in any ratio. The molar ratio of the aluminum halide to the component A is 1-2:1, and the mass percentage of the sodium salt in the electrolyte is 1-20 wt.%. USE - Sodium-sulfur battery. ADVANTAGE - The sodium-sulfur battery has good safety performance, and low air pressure and heat shock resistance, realizes double lifting energy density and safety. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a sodium-sulfur battery, which involves: (A) cutting the separator to an appropriate size, assembling the positive electrode sheet, the separator, and the negative electrode sheet sequentially into the battery module under an inert atmosphere, and then injecting electrolyte, exhausting, and sealing; and (B) preparing ionic liquid electrolyte by mixing aluminum halide and component A uniformly to obtain the first A mixed solution, adding sodium salt to the first mixed solution and mixing it uniformly to obtain a second mixed solution, adding additives to the second mixed solution and mixing uniformly to obtain electrolyte, where aluminum halide is selected from aluminum fluoride, aluminum chloride, aluminum bromide and aluminum iodide, or two or more mixed in any ratio, sodium salt is selected from sodium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate, sodium phosphate, sodium nitrate, sodium phosphite, sodium sulfite, sodium acetate, sodium formate, sodium propionate, sodium acrylate, sodium benzoate, sodium hypochlorite, sodium chlorate, sodium perchlorate, sodium pyrophosphate, sodium thiosulfate, sodium persulfate, sodium silicate, sodium bromate, sodium bromide, sodium iodide and sodium chloride, or two or more mixed in any ratio, and additive is methyl ethyl imidazole bis (fluorosulfonyl) imide salt, dichloro ethyl aluminum, or a mixture of methyl ethyl imidazole bis (fluorosulfonyl) imide salt and ethyl aluminum dichloride in an arbitrary ratio.
