▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Aqueous hydrophobic and oleophobic barrier coating comprises 10-13 pts. wt. methacrylate, 5-8 pts. wt. styrene, 3-5 pts. wt. acrylic acid, 0.2-0.8 pts. wt. graphene powder, 35-50 pts. wt. filler, 1-3 pts. wt. dispersant, 1-1.5 pts. wt. initiator, 3-5 pts. wt. emulsifier, 100 pts. wt. deionized water and 0.2-4 pts. wt. auxiliary agent. USE - The aqueous hydrophobic and oleophobic barrier coating is useful for preparing packaging paper (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The aqueous hydrophobic and oleophobic barrier coating: improves the barrier properties of the base paper; is non-toxic, environmentally friendly and easy to degrade; and produces packaging paper which have excellent oil resistance, physical strength, and hydrophobic and oleophobic properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing aqueous hydrophobic and oleophobic barrier coating comprising (a1) adding graphene powder into de-ionized water and uniformly dispersing to obtain graphene dispersion liquid, (a2) adding the filler into the graphene dispersion liquid, and adding dispersant and pH regulator, and then fully dispersing the filler and graphene powder, (a3) adding styrene, methacrylate, acrylic acid and emulsifying agent into ion water, stirring and emulsifying at room temperature to obtain stable pre-emulsified liquid, (a4) adding the initiator into ion water, dissolving to obtain the initiator solution, (a5) mixing and stirring the de-ionized water and part of the pre-emulsion, stirring and heating to obtain the emulsion system, then adding part of the initiator solution for heat preservation polymerization, adding rest of the pre-emulsion and initiator solution, preserving temperature and reacting, then cooling to room temperature and filtering to obtain styrene-acrylic emulsion, and (a6) adding graphene dispersion with filler obtained in (a2) to the styrene-acrylic emulsion obtained in (a5) at room temperature, mixing and stirring, filtering, and adding auxiliary additives to obtain final product; (2) packaging paper, comprising a base paper, the outer surface and/or inner surface of the base paper is coated with aqueous hydrophobic and oleophobic barrier coating, then crosslinking and curing to obtain dense film, aqueous hydrophobic and oleophobic barrier coating forming the dense film is filled into the fiber gaps of the base paper; and (3) preparing packaging paper comprising (b1) uniformly coating the aqueous hydrophobic and oleophobic barrier coating on the outer surface and/or inner surface of the base paper, (b2) placing the coated base paper into the drying box immediately for drying and taking out, and (b3) placing the dried base paper in a constant temperature and humidity box for rewetting treatment to obtain packaging paper.
