NOVELTY - Chromium-free DACROMET (RTM: Zinc and aluminum flake coating) coating liquid comprises 20-40 pts. wt. metal powder, 30-60 pts. wt. binder, 5-10 pts. wt. dopamine, 3-5 pts. wt. hydroxylated graphene, 1-5 pts. wt. passivant, 5 -15 pts. wt. wetting dispersant, 10-30 pts. wt. thickening agent-2 and organic solvent. USE - The chromium-free DACROMET (RTM: Zinc and aluminum flake coating in the treatment of the decorative material surface (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The chromium-free corrosion resistant coating coating liquid ensures the original super-strong corrosion resistance, no hydrogen brittleness, high heat resistance, and no three wastes product, under the condition of good permeability, replacing the chromium containing component, avoiding the potential hazard to the environment and human body, at the same time, improving the formulation of the adhesive, in the component by adding dopamine and hydroxylation, graphene as to effectively improve the sealing performance of the coating layer, further improving the anti-corrosion effect, and it is good for forming coating on base material base material, and has excellent adhesive force.
