NOVELTY - High strength graphene oxide melamine resin composite comprises 0.6-0.9 pt. wt. nano-boron fiber, 20-25 pts. wt. melamine, 40-45 pts. wt. 37% formaldehyde aqueous solution, 1.8-2.1 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 0.7-0.9 pt. wt. trifluoroethyl methacrylate, 0.7-0.9 pt. wt. polyacrylonitrile, dimethylformamide, 0.2-0.3 pt. wt. polyethylene oxide, dimethylformamide/dichloromethane (1:1 volume ratio) composite solvent, 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. tert-butyl hydroperoxide, citric acid, alkaline pH regulator AMP-95 (RTM: 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol) and ethyl alcohol. USE - High strength graphene oxide melamine resin composite. ADVANTAGE - The high strength graphene oxide melamine resin composite has 38% thermal conductivity increase and high temperature resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of high strength graphene oxide melamine resin composite comprising dissolving polyacrylonitrile in dimethylformamide, preparing into 4 wt.% solution, dissolving polyethylene oxide in dimethylformamide/dichloromethane composite solvent, preparing into 4 wt.% solution, uniformly mixing the two solutions, added nano-boron fiber and graphene oxide, uniformly stirring, adding trifluoroethyl methacrylate and tert-butyl hydroperoxide, heating at 60-70 degrees C, reacting under stirring condition for 1-2 hours, filtering, washing the filter cake with ethyl alcohol for 2-3 times, obtaining modified graphene oxide, adding melamine, 37% formaldehyde aqueous solution, mixing, heating at 70-75 degrees C, stirring to fully dissolve, adding modified graphene oxide, stirring for 10-20 minutes, adding alkaline pH regulator AMP-95 (RTM: 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol), regulating pH at 8-9, reacting for 3-4 hours, obtaining graphene oxide melamine resin prepolymer, adding in 30 degrees C vacuum tank, adjusting the pH at 5-6 using citric acid, oven drying at 50 degrees C, curing for 8-9 hours and obtaining the product.
