▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Silane-modified polyether sealant comprises independently packaged component A and component B. The component A comprises 11-13 pts. wt. silane-modified polyether resin, 12-14 pts. wt. first plasticizer, 28-33 pts. wt. calcium carbonate, 0.25-2.4 pts. wt. auxiliary agent and 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. light stabilizer, where the auxiliary agent comprises titanium pigment and/or graphene. The component B comprises 44-46 pts. wt. second plasticizer, 9-11 pts. wt. carbon black, 3-5 pts. wt. silane coupling agent and 2-4 pts. wt. organic metal catalyst. USE - The polyether sealant is useful in assembled building (claimed) comprising but are not limited to wall glass and curtain wall glass. ADVANTAGE - The sealant: has low tensile modulus, small internal stress, high bonding strength with concrete, and fast curing speed; improves the ultraviolet resistance of the sealing glue; reflects most of the ultraviolet radiation; delays the aging time of the sealing glue; fills the pores generated when solidified by incorporation of graphite; has reduced water absorption; improves water resistance; and has more excellent mechanical property, ultraviolet-resistant linear energy and waterproof performance, and excellent application prospect in the assembled building. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing the silane-modified polyether sealant, comprising (i) mixing silane-modified polyether resin, first plasticizer, calcium carbonate, auxiliary agent and light stabilizer to obtain component A, (ii) mixing second plasticizer, carbon black, silane coupling agent and organic metal catalyst to obtain component B, and (iii) independently packaging components A and B to obtain the finished product, where the steps (i) and (ii) are not in chronological order; and (2) use method of the polyether sealant in assembled building, comprising curing silane-modified polyether sealant before using at 20-25degreesC and at relative humidity of 45-55%.
