NOVELTY - The battery has graphene solar battery structure units provided with a substrate (1), a lower electrode (2), a semiconductor film (3), a graphene film (4) and an upper electrode (5). The lower electrode is located between the substrate and the semiconductor film. The graphene film is located between the semiconductor film and the upper electrode. A small area is formed on a surface of the graphene film. The graphene solar battery structure units to form a series structure, a parallel structure or a series-parallel structure. USE - Graphene solar battery. ADVANTAGE - The battery has simple structure, large area, inexpensive and high efficiency. The battery has low manufacturing cost, and has potential application value.
