NOVELTY - Loading nanooxide directly graphene surface comprises e.g. adding 50-100 ml anhydrous ethyl alcohol, 50-100 ml deionized water, 1-10 ml nano oxide precursor, adjusting pH value to 2-5, under room temperature stirring for 6-24 hours to obtain precursor solution, into three-electrode electrolytic cell adding good precursor solution, adding 1-100 mg graphene, ultrasonic stirring mixing uniformly, ultrasonic power is 100-200 W, time is 1-10 minutes, silver or silver chloride as reference electrode, platinum sheet as working electrode and carrying out electrodeposition. USE - The method is useful for loading nanooxide directly graphene surface (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method realizes thickness reaching to micron level, porous, rough, hydrophilic and nano oxide embellish graphene with desired separation, suitable for industrial analysis, electrode material, metal corrosion protecting areas. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Loading nanooxide directly graphene surface comprises (i) adding 50-100 ml anhydrous ethyl alcohol, 50-100 ml deionized water, 1-10 ml nano oxide precursor, adjusting pH value to 2-5, under room temperature stirring for 6-24 hours to obtain precursor solution, (ii) into three-electrode electrolytic cell adding good precursor solution, adding 1-100 mg graphene, ultrasonic stirring mixing uniformly, ultrasonic power is 100-200 W, time is 1-10 minutes, silver or silver chloride as reference electrode, platinum sheet as working electrode, (iii) carrying out electrodeposition, where electric potential is -0.5 V to - 5 V, deposition time is 5-60 minutes, deposition temperature is 30-60 degrees C, (iv) orderly using deionized water, alcohol carrying out washing after deposition, centrifugal separation after the deposition product, washing times is 1-5 times, through centrifugal separation again to obtain electric depositing nano oxide thin film cover graphene powder, where centrifugal separation rotating speed is 1000-10000 revolutions/minute, centrifugal time is 1-10 minutes, drying at 40-100 degrees C in oven box.
