NOVELTY - Microwave heating reduction of graphene oxide, involves ultrasonically processing a mixed solution of graphite oxide and water for 20-60 minutes, centrifuging the obtained suspension for 20-60 minutes at 1500-3000 rpm, removing the bottom impurities to obtain an upper layer solution as graphene oxide colloid, reducing the colloid using vitamin C, drying to obtain graphene oxide, adding to an industrial microwave oven in the reaction chamber, reacting at 300-2000 W for 30-300 seconds, stopping microwave, cooling, and placing under inert gas protection. USE - Microwave heating reduction of graphene oxide. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, controllable, safe and environmentally-friendly, shortens heating time, reduces energy consumption, can be carried out industrially, and does not use any harmful chemical agents.
