NOVELTY - A high-efficiency preparation method of polyphenols from the stems and leaves of hemsley rockvine comprises (S1) drying and crushing the stems and leaves of hemsley rockvine to form hemsley rockvine powder, (S2) mixing the stem and leaf powder of hemsley rockvine and extracting with an extracting liquid in a mass ratio of 1:10-20, placing in an ultrasonic instrument at 50-100 W, and treating at 30-50℃ for 0.5-1 hour, (S3) after the extraction is completed, filtering the extract, rotating the filtrate to evaporate the organic solvent at low temperature, and collecting the supernatant by centrifugation, (S4) using an ultrafiltration system membrane-filtering the supernatant to collect permeate, and (S5) purifying permeate with a chromatographic column using amino graphene as a filler, eluting with water until colorless, eluting with acetone, collecting the acetone eluate, and drying by rotary evaporation to obtain a high-purity polyphenols. USE - The method is used for preparing polyphenols from the stems and leaves of hemsley rockvine, which is used for reducing blood fat, and preparing blood fat-lowering medicine (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The preparation method has good separation effect, high product purity, low cost and convenient operation.
