▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Preparing conductive polymer fiber with high strength and graphene-reinforced, involves adding grapheme oxide raw material (1 part by weight) into solvent (50-5000 parts by weight), processing in ultrasonic bath to obtain oxidized graphene dispersion liquid; dissolving polymer (1-1000 parts by weight) in the solvent (20-4000000 parts by weight) to obtain the polymer solution; adding graphene oxide dispersion liquid in the polymer solution, adding water and reducing agent, distilling, concentrating to obtain the continuous graphene-reinforced polymer fibers. USE - For preparing conductive polymer fiber (claimed) used for power transmission, antistatic fabric, and engineering material. ADVANTAGE - The method prepares conductive polymer fiber having high strength and graphene-reinforced, excellent mechanical property, and good electric conductivity; and is simple, low cost, and suitable for large scale industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing conductive polymer fiber with high strength and graphene-reinforced, involves adding grapheme oxide raw material (1 part by weight) into solvent (50-5000 parts by weight), processing in ultrasonic bath at 1-50 Hz, for 0.1-1 hour to obtain oxidized graphene dispersion liquid; dissolving polymer (1-1000 parts by weight) in the solvent (20-4000000 parts by weight) to obtain the polymer solution; adding graphene oxide dispersion liquid in the polymer solution, stirring, adding water continuously stirring for 0.1-48 hours, adding reducing agent (1 part by weight), centrifuging or distilling process, concentrating, transferring into spinning device for continuous extrusion at speed of 5-1000 for 1 s to 100 hours to obtain the continuous graphene-reinforced polymer fibers.
