NOVELTY - Hot melt adhesive comprises 5-10 pts. wt. paraffin oil, 5-15 pts. wt. butyl rubber, 1-10 pts. wt. ethylene vinyl acetate resin, 5-10 pts. wt. petroleum resin, 3-5 pts. wt. terpene resin, 30-60 pts. wt. inorganic filler, 1-3 pts. wt. antioxidant, 2-5 pts. wt. graphene, 0.05-0.15 pts. wt. organic peroxide and 15-25 pts. wt. polyisobutene. USE - Used as hot melt adhesive. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and convenient. The adhesive has improved shear strength and peel strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the adhesive, comprising (i) starting a stirrer, adding paraffin oil into the stirrer, introducing inert gas, and heating to 120 degrees C; (ii) slowly adding butyl rubber into stirrer, stirring and dissolving; (iii) adding graphene into stirrer, and stirring uniformly; (iv) slowly adding organic peroxide into stirrer, uniformly stirring under inert gas condition, and heat preserving at 120-140 degrees C for 1 hour; (v) adding antioxidant, polyisobutene, petroleum resin, terpene resin, ethylene vinyl acetate resin and inorganic filler into the stirrer, and uniformly stirring; and (vi) pressing and filling while hot.
