▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of three-dimensional porous graphene film involves adding graphene oxide powder into deionized water, stirring to obtain graphene oxide hydrosol and ultrasonically processing, dispersing carbon-doped titanium dioxide nanofibers in pure ethanol, ultrasonically processing, adding photosensitive acrylate matrix and photoinitiator to graphene oxide hydrosol, ultrasonically processing to obtain graphene composite material, performing projection micro-stereolithography process to produce the required solid three-dimensional structure using graphene composite material as substrate, so that graphene oxide is trapped in the rigid long chain of acrylic polymer, placing solid three-dimensional structure in sintering furnace, sintering to obtain pure and lightweight graphene aerogel and performing silver paste conductive treatment on graphene aerogel. USE - Preparation of three-dimensional graphene film for microfluidic chip (all claimed) and detecting tumor biomarker. ADVANTAGE - The method adopts micro-stereolithography method to manufacture the three-dimensional porous graphene film, which can assemble two-dimensional graphene nanosheets in large range, and retains its original physical and chemical property while forming three-dimensional structure with large specific surface area, three-dimensional conductive path and porous structure, which can provide more active sites for the immobilization of immune proteins, facilitate the capture and immobilization of biological particles and detect tumor biomarkers. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for microfluidic chip, which comprises the three-dimensional porous graphene film.
