NOVELTY - Rubber material comprises 5-10 pts. wt. fluorinated phosphazene rubber, 45-65 pts. wt. styrene-butadiene rubber, 10-15 pts. wt. thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer containing benzene ring, 1-2 pts. wt. phosphorus pentoxide, 0.2-0.6 pts. wt. polyphosphoric acid, 5-10 pts. wt. functional copolymer, 2-3 pts. wt. 2,4,6-trioxo-1,3,5-triazine-1,3,5(2H,4H,6H)-tripropionic acid, 5-10 pts. wt. graphene, 3-5 pts. wt. coupling agent, 2-4 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent, 25-45 pts. wt. reinforcing agent, 1-3 pts. wt. stearic acid, 1-2 pts. wt. naphthenic oil and 3-6 pts. wt. auxiliary agent. The functional copolymer is composed of allyl triphenylphosphine bromide, N-(4-cyano-3-trifluoromethylphenyl) methacrylamide, 2-acrylamide 2-methylpropanesulfonate acid, N-vinylcarbazole made by free radical polymerization. USE - The rubber material is useful for flame retardant antistatic conveyor belt cover layer (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The rubber material has excellent flame-retardant antistatic effect, mechanical property, aging resistance and excellent environment-friendly performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the rubber material comprising mixing the raw materials into the open rubber mixing machine for mixing, vulcanizing and forming on the flat vulcanizing machine, placing in water to soak for 3-6 hours and drying at 95-105℃ to constant weight.
