NOVELTY - A synthesis method of gold nanorods/graphene oxide composite comprises mixing 5 mL 0.2 M hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide solution, 250 mu L 0.01M chloroauric acid solution, 4.75 mL deionized water, 0.6 mL 0.02 M sodium borohydride solution, shaking for 30 seconds, and constant temperature standing; reacting above mixture with graphene oxide polymer electrolyte solution, and centrifuging; reacting resulting solution with 50 mL 0.1 M cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide to obtain product mixture, and in turn adding chloroauric acid, silver nitrate, and ascorbic acid. USE - Synthesis method of gold nanorods/graphene oxide composite. ADVANTAGE - The method exhibits increased photo-thermal treatment efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Synthesis method of gold nanorods/graphene oxide composite comprises mixing 5 mL 0.2 M hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide solution, 250 mu L 0.01M chloroauric acid solution, 4.75 mL deionized water, 0.6 mL 0.02 M sodium borohydride solution, shaking for 30 seconds, and constant temperature standing; reacting above mixture with graphene oxide polymer electrolyte solution, centrifuging, using cleaning liquid and re-dispersing in 50 mL water; reacting resulting solution with 50 mL 0.1 M cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide to obtain product mixture, and in turn adding 5 mL 0.01 M chloroauric acid, 0.8 mL 0.01 M silver nitrate, and 550 mu L 0.1 M ascorbic acid; and rapidly shaking obtained product for 30 seconds, constant temperature standing, performing high speed centrifugation, and substrate re-dispersing in water.
