NOVELTY - Graphene nanocrystalline silicon waterproofing agent comprises 1-5 wt.% graphene, 5-30 wt.% waterproofing agent, 5-40 wt.% nano silica solution, 0.2-1 wt.% dispersing agent, 5-40 wt.% barium hydroxide and 20-80 wt.% water. USE - Used as graphene nanocrystalline silicon waterproofing agent. ADVANTAGE - The waterproofing agent blocks pores and tiny cracks of concrete, and penetrates with concrete to form large amount of insoluble nanocrystals. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for producing graphene nanocrystalline silicon waterproofing agent, comprising (1) adding water, graphene and waterproofing agent into an ultrasonic mixing tank, and stirring for 1~2 hours, (2) adding the stirred mixture into a reaction vessel, heating at 60-70 degrees C, and stirring for 1-2 hours, (3) adding nano silica solution, dispersing agent and barium hydroxide into a reaction vessel, heating at 80-90 degrees C and stirring for 2-3 hours, and (4) cooling the obtained product to room temperature, removing impurities by filtration to obtain a graphene nanocrystalline silicon waterproofing agent.
