NOVELTY - The preparation method of large area reduced oxidized graphene film involves (1) taking graphite powder as raw material to generate graphene oxide suspension, (2) uniformly dispersing graphene oxide suspension on a surface of a substrate by spraying or blade coating to form oxidized graphene film, and (3) subjecting the oxidized graphene film to reduction treatment under hot rolling conditions. USE - Preparation of large area reduced oxidized graphene film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of large area reduced oxidized graphene film with improved production efficiency by simple, flexible, economical and industrial process.
