▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The material has a conductive layer adhered to a substrate (1). The conductive layer is made of graphene and metal. A sheet resistance of the conductive layer is less than 1000 ohm per square. A light transmission of the conductive layer is 70-98 percentages in the visible region and in an infrared region. USE - Transparent electrode material. Uses include but are not limited to an optoelectronic device, photodetector, semiconductor luminescence device and flexible device such as flexible solar cell and flexible display device. ADVANTAGE - The conductive layer is made of graphene and metal, so that the transparent electrode has excellent performance of high transmittance and low resistance. The utilization of the graphene in the conductive layer can enhance structural stability and bending resistance of the transparent electrode, increase electron transport channels, and improve the electrical conductivity of the transparent electrode. The transparent electrode can be manufactured in a simple manner, so that the industrial production of the transparent electrode is easily achieved. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a sectional view of a transparent electrode material. Substrate (1)
