▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing nano-grade lithium-iron-manganese phosphate material by co-crystallization method, comprises (i) dissolving manganese, iron and phosphorus sources in aqueous solution, mixing based on required intermediate i.e. manganese-iron-phosphate complex (MnxFe1-x)PO4 ) (I) with molar ratio of x:1-x:1 of 0.1-0.9:1-0.1-0.9:1, adjusting pH by alkali solution, stirring to form mixed slurry, filtering, adding clear liquid into oxidation kettle, adding oxidant to oxidize, reacting, press filtering, washing with water, removing impurities to obtain initial pure nano-grade iron-manganese phosphate, and drying to obtain (I) with nano-grade spherical morphology, and (ii) mixing (I) with lithium and carbon sources in a ratio of 1:1.01:0.3, then dissolving in pure water, sanding mixture in sand mill, drying, calcining under nitrogen inert gas, cooling , and calcining to obtain final product i.e. (LiMn0.8Fe0.2PO4). USE - The method is useful for preparing nano-grade lithium-iron-manganese phosphate material by co-crystallization method. ADVANTAGE - The material: has excellent morphology, consistency, stability and high-rate performance. The method: can synthesize intermediates in mixed homogeneous solution; easily controls the ratio of iron and manganese; and ensures consistency of products in large-scale production.
