NOVELTY - Modified expanded polypropylene (EPP) material comprises 50-70 pts. wt. propylene-butene copolymer, 10-20 pts. wt. polypropylene, 10-20 pts. wt. polybutene, 5-10 pts. wt. graphene, 4-9 pts. wt. talc powder, 1-5 pts. wt. antioxidant, 1-5 pts. wt. light stabilizer, 10-20 pts. wt. color master batch and 15-30 pts. wt. sterilized silver-titanium oxide nano-powder. USE - The modified expanded polypropylene material is useful for preparing child seat (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material: produces child seat with cushioning performance and toughness; has dense bubbles which act as a cushion for airbags for protecting children and reducing injuries, can be folded to 180 degrees without cracks or break angles and provides maximum protection for child. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing child seat using modified expanded polypropylene (EPP) material, comprising (i) adding modified EPP material into a stirrer and stirring uniformly; (ii) adding stirred EPP material into the autoclave, and passing supercritical fluid into the autoclave; (iii) heating the EPP material in the high-pressure reaction kettle and stirring; (i) taking out stirred EPP material and making into EPP granules; and (v) adding EPP granules into a child seat mold for heating and molding and cooling.
