NOVELTY - Carbon fiber braid sizing agent comprises 100-200 pts. wt. industrial soap powder, 100-200 pts. wt. graphene dry powder, 3-10 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 5-30 pts. wt. sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, 5-30 pts. wt. sodium dodecyl sulfonate, 10-30 pts. wt. water-soluble phenolic resin and 1300-2000 pts. wt. deionized water. USE - The carbon fiber braid sizing agent is useful for carbon-carbon/carbon-ceramic composite materials (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The carbon fiber braid sizing agent: has excellent wear resistance, high temperature resistance and low friction coefficient; and is environmentally friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the carbon fiber braid sizing agent, comprising (i) placing industrial soap powder, silane coupling agent and deionized water in a container, and stirring evenly, (ii) adding sodium dodecyl sulfonate into the container and stirring evenly, (iii) adding sodium carboxymethyl cellulose into the container and stirring evenly, (iv) adding dry graphene powder into the container and stirring evenly, (v) adding the water-soluble phenolic resin into the container and stirring evenly, and (vi) placing the above container in a water bath at 50-70 degrees C for 15-30 minutes under stirring condition to obtain final product.
