NOVELTY - Preparing silicon cathode composite pole piece comprises (i) dissolving the elastic resin in an organic solvent, adding conductive filler, stirring and mixing to obtain a conductive elastic resin dispersion, (ii) coating the conductive elastic resin dispersion on the current collector, drying to remove the solvent to obtain a composite current collector, (iii) mixing silicon anode active material, superconducting carbon black conductive agent, single-walled carbon nanotubes and binder to obtain cathode slurry, coating the cathode slurry on the composite current collector, and drying to obtain a silicon cathode pole piece, (iv) dissolving the elastic resin in an organic solvent, adding the graphene dispersion liquid, stirring and mixing to obtain graphene elastic resin dispersion liquid, coating on a silicon cathode sheet, drying, and hot rolling to obtain a silicon cathode composite electrode sheet. USE - The method is useful for preparing silicon cathode composite pole piece. ADVANTAGE - The method: provides silicon cathode-silicon composite pole piece with improved cycle performance; increases the bonding force of the active material and the current collector; strengthens the bonding strength; improves the peeling strength; relieves the large stress caused by large volume deformation of the silicon; is not easy to fall off from the current collectors; maintains good electric contact; improves the conductivity of the thermoplastic polyurethane material and thermal conductivity tensile strength.
