▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves sequentially embedding the whisker and graphene two-dimensional structure models in the ceramic composite matrix to generate the required whisker/graphene/ceramic composite model based on the whisker and graphene modeling method. A whisker/graphene/ceramic composite material fracture toughness prediction model is constructed based on the whisker/graphene/ceramic composite material model. The whisker/graphene/ceramic composite fracture toughness prediction model is imported into Abaqus software to configure material parameters and boundary conditions, and fracture toughness simulation is carried out. The maximum fracture load is extracted and the fracture toughness calculation of whisker, and graphene synergistically toughened ceramic composites is carried out according to the new fracture toughness calculation method to complete the prediction of fracture toughness. USE - Method for forecasting fracture toughness of ceramic composite material graphene with crystal whisker. Uses include but are not limited to aerospace, machine tool, high-speed rail and nuclear power. ADVANTAGE - The method can quickly realize the modeling of the graphene, whisker and ceramic matrix, and efficiently and accurately forecasts the graphene content of the whisker.
