NOVELTY - The warmer has a winding drum (12) that is arranged on the side wall of a plastic bag (1). A winding shaft is installed in the winding drum. A fixed shaft is arranged on the side wall of the winding shaft. A handle (11) is installed at one end of the winding shaft. A limiting hole (15) is arranged above the handle. A concave cavity (14) is arranged above the limiting hole. The upper end of the plastic bag is provided with a carrying strap. The limiting hole is formed on the winding drum. The concave cavity is formed on the winding drum. USE - Portable hand warmer with graphene physiotherapy function for hand warming mouse pad. ADVANTAGE - The hand warmer avoids situation of forgetting the charging wire to cause the hand warmer to not be used, so that the hand warmer is convenient for a user to carry, thus improving practicability of the warmer.
