▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-modified refractory material comprises using a refractory material to-be modified and a graphene oxide aqueous dispersion as raw materials, performing vacuum impregnation to obtain graphene oxide aqueous dispersion in the pores of the refractory material, impregnating graphene oxide-impregnated refractory material, vacuum-drying the graphene oxide-impregnated refractory material, performing reduction reaction, reducing graphene oxide to graphene, and drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-modified refractory material. ADVANTAGE - The method: has low requirements on the material and forming method of refractory material; has wide applicability, simple process and short production cycle; and prepared refractory material has excellent resistance to high temperature slag erosion under the condition of extremely low carbon content (C less than 0.1 wt.%), and is not easy to cause pollution to molten steel. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene-modified refractory material, prepared by above mentioned method.
