NOVELTY - Preparation of high hardness graphene composite material comprises weighing 100 pts. wt. graphite, 35-55 pts. wt. propylene glycol methyl ether acetate, 10-30 pts. wt. silicone oil, 4.5-6.5 pts. wt. glycerol, 10-20 pts. wt. bisphenol A, 1.5-2.5 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 0.5-2.5 pts. wt. barium sulfate, 15-35 pts. wt. stearic acid, 8-16 pts. wt. carboxymethyl cellulose, 40-60 pts. wt. styrene maleic anhydride (SMA), 4-8 pts. wt. glass beads, 8-12 pts. wt. silica, 60-80 pts. wt. iron powder, 3-7 pts. wt. titanate coupling agent and 2-6 pts. wt. antioxidant, grinding graphite, stearic acid and glass beads for 60-70 minutes, sieving to 150-250 mesh, drying in oven for 30-40 minutes, mixing propylene glycol methyl ether acetate, silicone oil, glycerol and titanium dioxide, adding barium sulfate, SMA, silica and iron powder, reacting, performing melt plasticization, granulating, adding remaining ingredients, mixing, placing in tube furnace, calcining, cooling and standing. USE - Method of preparing high hardness graphene composite material. ADVANTAGE - The material has bending strength of 200-300 MPa, low cost, rockwell hardness of 105-115, elastic modulus of 13-17 MPa, elongation at break at 350-450%, tensile strength of 100-200 MPa, good compression, high energy density, good electrical conductivity, flexural modulus of 2000-4000 MPa, high efficiency, energy saving and good thermal conductivity and is easy to use.
