NOVELTY - The new type utility claims a laminated layer solar energy battery based on graphene and cadmium selenide nanometer structure, wherein the solar energy battery structure from above to below in turn is: upper metal electrode 1, wide band gap graphene laminated layer 2, cadmium selenide nano laminated layer 3, narrow band gap graphene laminated layer 4, lower electrode metal 5, the utility model is new type and wherein the characteristics of a wide band gap graphene laminated layer used for absorbing short wavelength wave band of sunlight, the cadmium selenide nano laminated layer used for absorbing visible light, a narrow band gap graphene laminated layer so as to absorb sunlight and a wave band wavelength, a graphene material using a thin and hard, it directly as substrate for the solar energy battery. This new utility model advantages is wherein: taking graphene laminated layer of different band gap and cadmium selenide laminated layer mutually combine, to completely absorb the sunlight, to full play to the graphene and the excellent conductivity and ultimately to increase cell photoelectric transformation efficiency of solar energy target.
