NOVELTY - Preparing graphene transparent thin film comprises taking a stainless steel metal substrate, placing the substrate in a vacuum heat treatment furnace, then heating, carrying out chemical gas phase deposition of graphene thin film, keeping the temperature for 30-60 minutes, then dropping kerosene, cooling the dropped mixture in a furnace, coating acrylic acid polymer on the surface of stainless steel metal substrate, then drying to form a support layer, and peeling the support layer provided on the surface of substrate and then performing ultrasonic stripping. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene transparent thin film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is capable of economically preparing the graphene transparent thin film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene transparent thin film comprises taking a stainless steel metal substrate having a thickness of 0.3-1 mm and a roughness Ra of less than or equal to 0.01, placing the substrate in a vacuum heat treatment furnace at absolute vacuum degree of 1.3x 103-1.3 Pa and a heating speed of 15-20 degrees C/minutes, then heating, raising the temperature to 600-700 degrees C for 25-30 minutes, continuously raising the temperature to 1000-1100 degrees C, carrying out chemical gas phase deposition of graphene thin film, keeping the temperature for 30-60 minutes, then dropping kerosene at speed of 100-180 drops/minute, cooling the dropped mixture in a furnace to room temperature, coating acrylic acid polymer on the surface of stainless steel metal substrate having a thickness of 1.5-3 mu m, then drying to form a support layer, and peeling the support layer provided on the surface of substrate and then performing ultrasonic stripping.
