NOVELTY - Epoxy resin foam material, is claimed. The density of the epoxy resin foam material is 70-200 kg/m3, and the pore diameter of the epoxy resin foam material is 0.2-0.5 mm. USE - Used as an epoxy resin foam material. ADVANTAGE - The method: is simple, easy to control, which is good for realizing industrial continuous production; and solves the problem that the density is too large. The epoxy resin foam material can absorb the heat accumulation caused by chemical foaming. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing epoxy resin foam material comprising (1) mixing the epoxy resin, curing agent, wave absorbing agent, toughener, thixotropic agent, surfactant and inorganic filler, performing pre-polymerization reaction in the mold to obtain the reaction system, (2) mixing the physical foaming material and chemical foaming agent again, adding the reaction system, after foaming and curing, and curing to obtain the epoxy resin foam material.
