NOVELTY - Preparation of composite dressing involves providing two sides of superabsorbent sponge with a hydrophobic silk fibroin fiber film and a hydrophilic electrospun cellulose film to obtain unidirectional moisture-conducting dressing, evenly spraying graphene oxide dispersion on the surface of one side of cellulose film. USE - Preparation of composite dressing (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides composite dressing, which has function of continuous unidirectional moisture guiding ability, and achieves unidirectional continuous transportation of exudate through the layered multilevel porous structure jointly constructed by hydrophobic layer, hydrophilic sponge and hydrophilic layer containing graphene oxide.
