▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The reflective and heat-insulating composite coating comprises 25-40 wt.% emulsion, 12-30 wt.% rutile titanium dioxide, 5-12 wt.% colloidal silicon, 3-8 wt.% pigment filler, 1-3 wt.% fluorine or silicon polymer filler, 1-3 wt.% hollow beads, 0.5-5.0 wt.% graphene, 0.5-5.0 wt.% film-forming aids, 0.2-2.0 wt.% rheological additives, 0.4-1.0 wt.% antifreeze, 0.1-1.0 wt.% pH adjuster, 0.1-0.5 wt.% dispersant, 0.2-0.5 wt.% wetting agent, 0.1-0.5% defoamer, 0.1-0.5 wt.% adhesion promoter, 0.1-0.4 wt.% preservative, and balance deionized water. USE - Reflective and heat-insulating composite coating. ADVANTAGE - The reflective and heat-insulating composite coating has pollution resistance, durability and high reflectivity, optimizes the raw material components and dosage of the reflective heat-insulation coating, and optimizes the order of adding each raw material of the coating. The amount of deionized water is controlled, and the high solid content of the coating is realized, which has the advantages of high water resistance, high pollution resistance and high reflectivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation of reflective and heat-insulating composite coating, which involves (1) pouring portion of deionized water, film forming aids, pH adjusters, dispersants, wetting agents, defoamers and preservatives into a stirring container, and using a stirring paddle to sheared pre-dispersed at a speed of 10-200 rpm, stirring evenly, adding rutile titanium dioxide, silica gel, pigments and fillers and graphene, and carrying out the rapid dispersion at 300-1000 rpm for 20-60 minutes, reducing the rotating speed of the stirring paddle to 200-500 rpm, adding hollow microspheres, and stirring for 5-20 minute, obtaining the filler slurry when the fineness of the slurry is less than 40 mu m, (2) adding emulsion, adhesion promoter and antifreeze to the filler slurry described in step (1), then adding fluorine or silicon polymer filler, and stirring at 200-500 rpm for no less than 40 minute when the paint fineness is less than 40 mu m, adjusting the rotating speed of the stirring paddle to no more than 150 rpm, adding rheological additives and the remaining deionized water, and stirring for 5-20 minute.
