NOVELTY - Biodegradable and highly weatherable graphene polymerized copolyester film comprises 70-90 pts. wt. graphene polymerized biodegradable copolyester, 5-20 pts. wt. polylactic acid, 1-10 pts. wt. filler, 0.1-1 pt. wt. antioxidant, 0.1-1 pt. wt. compatibilizer, and 0.1-1 pt. wt. lubricant. USE - Biodegradable and highly weatherable graphene polymerized copolyester film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The biodegradable and highly weatherable graphene polymerized copolyester film has excellent barrier properties, antibacterial properties, and electrical conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the biodegradable and highly weatherable graphene polymerized copolyester film, which involves mixing graphene, biodegradable copolyester, polylactic acid, fillers, antioxidants, compatibilizers, and lubricants uniformly and then adding into the twin-screw extruder and melt blending at 140-18o degrees C, performing extrusion granulation, air-cooled pelletization to obtain special material for biodegradable cast film, adding special material for biodegradable cast film into twin-screw cast molding equipment, and cast, where the preparation of graphene polymerization and biodegradable copolyester includes configuration, esterification, polycondensation, chain extension, and discharging of the reaction raw materials including graphene, two dibasic acids and one dihydric alcohol. The graphene comprises 0.1-1 wt.% copolyester. The dibasic acid is any two of purified terephthalic acid, adipic acid, and succinic acid, the dihydric alcohol is butanediol, and the alkyd molar ratio is (1.05-1.15):1.
