NOVELTY - The invention claims a visible light Q-adjusting microchip laser, device, laser teaching system, the visible light Q-adjusting microchip laser comprises a pumping source, for providing pump light; a resonant cavity assembly, the resonant cavity assembly comprises a selective permeable membrane, a partially reflective membrane, the selective permeable membrane, the partially reflective membrane are oppositely arranged and form a resonant cavity; a working medium, set in the resonant cavity, for receiving the pump light and performing particle number inversion in the medium; wherein the working medium after the particle number is reversed is subjected to stimulated radiation amplification to the pump light; graphene film, which is set between the working medium and the part of the reflecting film; wherein the working medium is praseodymium-doped yttrium lithium fluoride crystal. The visible light Q-adjusting microchip laser claimed by the invention can output the pulse laser in the visible light spectrum, so as to meet the wider use requirement, at the same time, the structure of the laser is more compact by adopting the microchip structure; the volume of the laser is reduced.
