NOVELTY - Preparation of reduced graphene and polyimide nanocomposite comprises adding graphene oxide to deionized water and ultrasonic dispersing for 60-180 minutes at under room temperature to obtain 0.5-5 mg/ml aqueous graphene oxide liquid; adding solvent to dianhydride and diamine, stirring under inert gas protection, reacting for 2-24 hours, adding diamine neutralizing agent, continuously reacting, stirring, adding to product in first step, and stirring for 30-60 minutes; vacuum drying; and carrying out thermal imidization and reduction, and naturally cooling. USE - Method for preparing reduced graphene and polyimide nanocomposite (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of reduced graphene and polyimide nanocomposite comprises adding graphene oxide to deionized water and ultrasonic dispersing for 60-180 minutes at under room temperature, where ultrasonic powder is 100-150 W to obtain 0.5-5 mg/ml aqueous graphene oxide liquid; adding solvent to dianhydride and diamine, where total mass percentage is 11-24 wt.%, stirring 25 degrees C under inert gas protection, reacting for 2-24 hours, adding 2.2-2.4 times diamine neutralizing agent, continuously reacting for 0.5-2 hours, stirring, adding to product in first step, where mass ratio of graphene oxide dianhydride to diamine is 1:50-200, and stirring for 30-60 minutes; vacuum drying at 60-80 degrees C; and carrying out thermal imidization and reduction at 100 degrees C for 0.5-2 hours, 150 degrees C for 0.5-2 hours, 200 degrees C for 0.5-2 hours, 250 degrees C for 0.5-2 hours, and 300 degrees C for 0.5-2 hours, and naturally cooling.
