NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene composite conductive fiber, involves removing impurities on surface of textile fibers immersed in organic solvent, washing with water and drying, carrying out alkali treatment with alkaline solution, treating, washing and drying, immersing alkali-treated textile fibers in graphene oxide solution, treating and washing, drying to obtain graphene oxide impregnated-surface textile fibers, coating graphene oxide impregnated-surface textile fibers with graphene oxide solution, drying and carrying out reduction reaction using reducing agent. USE - Preparation of graphene composite conductive fiber (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene composite conductive fiber has excellent mechanical properties, high temperature performance, flexible performance and also has excellent electrical conductivity. The graphene composite conductive fiber is prepared by a simple method. The graphene composite conductive fiber is environmentally-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene composite conductive fiber, comprises removing impurities on surface of textile fibers immersed in an organic solvent, then washing with water and drying, carrying out alkali treatment at room temperature, immersing the textile fibers in alkaline solution, treating, washing with water and then drying, immersing the alkali-treated textile fibers in graphene oxide solution at room temperature, treating and then washing with water, drying to obtain graphene oxide impregnated-surface textile fibers, coating graphene oxide impregnated-surface textile fibers with graphene oxide solution, placing coated textile fiber on a hot plate, drying to obtain graphene oxide coated composite fiber, placing the graphene oxide coated composite fiber in a reducing agent solution for carrying out reduction reaction to obtain graphene composite fiber.
