▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Manufacture of component involves mixing 60-90 wt.% powder of graphite, natural, synthetic or recycled graphene, diamond, nanotubes, fullerenes and/or other carbon forms with 10-40 wt.% organic binder with high carbon content, until a uniform mixture is attained, loading the mixture into a heated mold, hot molding the mixture to obtain an component, extracting the component from the mold, placing it in a protective container, and thermally treating the component within the protective container in the absence of oxygen or with oxygen in a quantity less than the atmosphere, until the organic binder is transformed into carbon. USE - Manufacture of component e.g. container (claimed). Uses include but are not limited to frying pan, bowl, saucepan, pan, wok, grill, lid, and pot for cooking foods. ADVANTAGE - The method enables efficient manufacture of component having excellent mechanical strength, corrosion resistance, thermal conductivity, oxidation resistance, and thermal shock resistance.
