▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of thin yarn-shaped reduced graphene oxide/polyaniline electrode material involves (S1) adding potassium permanganate to reduced graphene oxide nanolayer dispersion, stirring to dissolve potassium permanganate, heating and refluxing, stirring at 70-80℃ for 2-3 hours, water-washing, filtering to obtain thin yarn-shaped reduced graphene oxide/manganese dioxide solid intermediate product, and (S2) adding the solid intermediate product to ultrapure water, ultrasonically dispersing to form uniform dispersion, adding aniline monomer, stirring for 25-40 minutes until the aniline monomer on the reduced graphene oxide/manganese dioxide sheet reaches saturation adsorption, pre-cooling in ice bath, adding pre-cooled 0.2-0.5 mol/L sulfuric acid solution to adjust the system pH to 0.4-0.8, stirring and reacting for 6-12 hours, water-washing, alcohol-washing, filtering and freeze-drying. USE - Preparation of thin yarn-shaped reduced graphene oxide/polyaniline electrode material used for supercapacitor. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of thin yarn-shaped reduced graphene oxide/polyaniline supercapacitor electrode material with excellent rate performance and cycle stability.
