NOVELTY - Producing graphene composite fibers, comprises dispersing graphene with a dispersion solvent to prepare a first solution (S10); preparing a second solution (S20) by adding a polymer to the first solution; preparing a multiple of graphene master chips (S30) by solidifying the second solution and then cutting; and spinning the multiple of graphene master chips and polymer with a fiber spinning device to obtain graphene composite fiber (S40), and performing solid-state polymerization process while spinning, where in the solid-state polymerization process, the emulsion contains 70-80 wt.% leveling agent. In the step of preparing the graphene composite fiber, the multiple of graphene master chips contains 0.03-0.4 pts. wt.. The dispersion solvent includes ethylene glycol. The polymer is polyester, nylon 6, nylon 66, polypropylene, polyethylene, composite yarn (N/C, P/C), carbon Fiber, aramid fiber and/or mono fiber. USE - The method is useful for producing graphene composite fibers. ADVANTAGE - The graphene composite fibers is suitable for mass production.
