NOVELTY - Graphene/glass fiber-reinforced polypropylene composite material comprises 60-90 pts. wt. polypropylene, 5-20 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 0.01-5 pts. wt. graphene, 5-20 pts. wt. glass fiber, 0.1-1 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 5-10 pts. wt. ethanol, 0.05-2 pts. wt. antioxidant and 0.5-3 pts. wt. compatible toughening agent. USE - Graphene/glass fiber-reinforced polypropylene composite material. ADVANTAGE - Graphene/glass fiber-reinforced polypropylene composite material has simple process, high thermal stability, high strength, high toughness and effectively eliminates the floating fiber in simple manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene/glass fiber-reinforced polypropylene composite material, which involves: (A) mixing polypropylene, antioxidant and compatible toughening agent; (B) adding graphene and epoxy resin, then placing for ultrasonic dispersion under low-speed stirring at normal temperature for 0.5-3 hours to prepare graphene dispersion liquid; (C) preparing silane coupling agent-ethanol solution by dissolving silane coupling agent into anhydrous ethanol; (D) spraying silane coupling agent-ethanol solution onto glass fiber; (E) drying obatined product in an oven for 50-80 minutes and drying temperature of 90-110 degrees C; (F) placing mixed material into twin screw extruder through the upstream feeding port; (G) maintaining extruder zone temperature at 195-200 degrees C, and then 200-205 degrees C, and then at 205-210 degrees C and then 210-215 degrees C; and (H) cooling mixed product into pelletizing system to obtain final product.
