NOVELTY - Preparing amphiphilic graphene oxide modified ultra-thin composite nanofiltration membrane comprises dispersing amphiphilic graphene oxide in an aqueous solution to obtain an amphiphilic graphene oxide dispersion having a concentration of 0.01-0.8 g / L. Then, the amphiphilic graphene oxide dispersion liquid and an aqueous solution having a mass fraction of 0.1-3 wt.% piperazine are mixed to obtain an aqueous phase. Then, an n-hexane solution of trimesoyl chloride with an oil phase mass fraction of 0.01-1 wt.% is added to the water phase, and a polymerization reaction occurs at an interface between the oil phase and the water phase to form an ultra-thin film. The mass ratio of the amphiphilic graphene oxide to piperazine is 0.1 to 20: 1. The ultrafiltration membrane bottom film is placed at the interface near the oil phase side and the ultra-thin film is completely bonded.
